Eliminating Duplicate Records Under Concurrent Load
A managed services provider running ERPNext was experiencing duplicate Sales Invoices. This happened when multiple processes hit the system at once. Therefore, we traced it to a race condition and built a server-side atomic method with row-level locking. As a result, duplication stopped completely, with no impact on invoicing speed.
Custom API Integration with Built-In Safeguards
For a national IT services business, we built a custom integration between ERPNext and an external platform. This included duplicate-record detection and a configurable gating system. Consequently, outbound calls only fire when explicitly enabled per environment — keeping test environments from accidentally triggering production automation.
Finding the Bug That Wasn't Throwing Errors
An Issue list view was silently excluding valid records — no errors, no warnings, just missing data. After investigating, we traced it to a NULL field generating an unintended database join. We then corrected the logic and restored full visibility.
Custom CRM Software Solution — End-to-End Build
We designed, built and implemented a complete CRM platform from the ground up. This covered customer and account records, per-client API integration profiles, and automated ticket creation with technician assignment. In addition, it included SLA-aware dashboards and invoicing tied directly into service history.
