I'm Jason, a custom software developer Australian businesses turn to when off-the-shelf tools don't quite fit. I spend a lot of time inside real businesses, watching how people actually work. Most of what I build starts with someone saying, "There has to be an easier way to do this."

How I Got Here: Custom Software Developer Australia
I work day to day in a field service and IT support business here in Australia, and I'm the person who looks after and builds on its customised system. That means when a technician can't see their jobs, or a customer asks why a ticket hasn't updated, it lands on my desk. I've learned more from those moments than from any textbook.
Being hands-on with a live system changes how you build. You stop designing for a demo and start designing for the Monday morning rush, the tired dispatcher, and the customer who just wants a straight answer. Every project below came out of a problem like that.
JCS Smart Solutions grew from the same place. As a custom software developer, I see other businesses run into the same walls, whether it's tools that don't talk to each other, manual steps that eat the day, or a system that almost does what they need. I'd like to help knock those walls down.
